Role and Responsibilities:
1. Preparing, presenting, and delivering building performance appraisals focusing on energy, carbon, and comfort for both existing and new-build properties.
2. Developing digital models and bespoke assessment tools to support sustainability initiatives.
3. Assisting in the production of technical briefing notes and reports.
4. Providing strategic advice on energy, carbon emissions, and comfort profiles of buildings.
5. Supporting project stakeholders with broader sustainability issues.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Management/Leadership experience.
2. Ability to produce clear and concise verbal and written reports.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations Part L & Part O, planning policy, and BREEAM and experience using IESVE software.
