Hours: 22.5 hours
Salary: £24,570 – £27,027 per annum pro rata
Location: County-wide working mainly from our office in Redruth
We are looking for someone to join our team and work with them to develop, support and maintain our volunteer team to meet the needs of the charity.
As part of a small team, you will need to be hands-on and flexible, taking on a variety of tasks and supporting organisational events and projects. Additionally, the Coordinator will develop and support opportunities for fundraising to strengthen the charity’s income. This will include liaising with businesses and groups to ensure representation at events, fundraising activities, talks and training. Using a wide range of communication methods to raise our profile and volunteering opportunities will be a core part of the role. The postholder will be expected to contribute to external events and fundraising, representing the charity in our community. This role suits someone adaptable, resourceful, and ready to make a meaningful impact. For this role you will need great administration skills, meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisation, communication and presentation skills.
Some evening and weekend working will be required for which time off in lieu will be given in accordance with the relevant policy. The majority of hours will be working from our office base in Redruth with our whole team.
