Job Title: PA / Office Coordinator
Our client is seeking a PA / Office Coordinator to join a busy manufacturing company in Redditch. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting a Senior Director with administrative and PA duties.
Responsibilities include:
1. Arranging and preparing for meetings
2. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the senior management team
3. Taking minutes
4. Processing expenses
5. Managing travel and accommodation arrangements
6. Booking restaurants and ordering lunches for customer visits
7. Scheduling customer visits
8. Supporting the smooth running of the office, including ordering stationery and greeting visitors
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous PA experience
* Strong administrative and organizational skills
* Proficient IT skills, particularly in Excel
* Office management or coordination experience is advantageous
