What We're Looking For:
Comms Unite are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Appointment Coordinator to join our team with both Full Time and Part Time positions available. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through cold calling and scheduling high-quality Teams meetings for our sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging potential customers, identifying their needs, and introducing them to our products and services. Additionally, you will actively source new prospect data to expand our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our offerings and identify opportunities for the sales team.
* Schedule Teams meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team, ensuring all relevant details are communicated effectively.
* Research and actively source new prospect data to create a robust pipeline of potential leads.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system.
* Build rapport with prospects to establish trust and credibility.
* Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to align outreach strategies with business goals.
* Stay informed about industry trends and company products/services to communicate value effectively.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role (lead generation, telesales, or appointment setting).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospects confidently.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
* Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to meeting targets.
* Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools (preferred).
* Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges with a positive attitude.
* Experience sourcing and qualifying new data is a plus.
