What Youll Do Supervisory responsibility for HR Co-ordinators including work allocation, quality assurance and performance management. To provide a full range of advice, coaching and guidance on HR policies and procedures, employment law and best practice to individuals and managers. To administer, implement, maintain, and review appropriate HR processes and procedures. What Youll Bring Scale 5 City & Guilds level III/ A levels/or BTEC in a relevant subject or an approved equivalent At least 1 years experience, working in an HR function or people management experience to provide advice and guidance on a range of HR issues Scale 6 Level 5 HR qualification or equivalent At least 2 years professional experience working in an HR environment or people management experience.
