Key Responsibilities: • Data Management: Perform bulk uploads and manual data entry to maintain an accurate and up-to-date master file of suppliers and subcontractors. • Data Validation: Conduct thorough checks on submitted data, ensuring proper approvals and verification are completed. Liaise with third-party suppliers and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies. • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share and manage the workload in a supportive manner. • Process Improvement: Help streamline processes for data entry and subcontractor management, adhering to internal policies. • Quality Control: Ensure all data is entered accurately and within set deadlines. • Reporting: Provide ad hoc reports and analysis as required. • Team Support: Offer backup support for team members during periods of absence.
