We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator to join the prestigious Institute of Astronomy (IoA). You will play a pivotal role in supporting the renowned Professor of Astrophysics (1909) and the Plumian Professor of Astronomy and Experimental Philosophy (position currently vacant), who are both esteemed leaders in their respective fields of research. The key purpose of this role is to coordinate, implement and oversee administrative procedures for the efficient running of the offices of Professor of Astrophysics (1909), and the Plumian Professor of Astronomy and Experimental Philosophy at the Institute of Astronomy, University of Cambridge. The ideal candidate will possess a degree or equivalent qualification and demonstrate practical experience in supporting programme delivery, preferably within a higher education environment.
