We are recruiting for a Sales/ Marketing Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing property developer along the south coast. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated marketing professional to take ownership of multi-channel campaigns and support the sales team in driving engagement and conversions.
The Role:
As Sales/ Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
* Managing marketing campaigns across email, digital, print, PR, direct mail, events, and social media.
* Tracking and analysing campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
* Creating compelling content for brochures, sales materials, and marketing collateral.
* Conducting market and competitor research in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
* Planning and executing events, including logistics, invitations, and coordination with selling agents.
* Supporting the Sales Director and Sales Manager to achieve key targets.
* Developing and delivering engaging email campaigns to drive lead generation.
* Analysing website and campaign performance, identifying areas for optimisation.
* Attending sales and marketing meetings and ensuring key actions are recorded and followed up.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in marketing, campaign management, or events coordination.
* A degree in marketing, or similar, is preffered but not required
* Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
* Ability to analyse data and provide insights for performance improvement.
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* A background in property, real estate, or a related industry would be an advantage but not essential.
