The Opportunity We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Compliance team as a Compliance Coordinator at our Head Office in Derby. In this role, you’ll be at the centre of our operations, working closely with recruitment and resource teams across multiple divisions. You’ll play an important part in keeping our processes compliant and efficient, supporting internal teams and helping to uphold our management systems and HSIEQ (Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality) policies. You’ll be joining a friendly and experienced team who will support you through hands-on training and support. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the coordination and tracking of compliance documentation to help ensure smooth and accurate processes. Assisting with the verification of certifications, Right to Work in the UK, and insurance documentation. Helping to arrange medicals, drug & alcohol screenings, and health surveillance questionnaires in line with company policy. Keeping key records up to date, including Safe Working Hours, competence, certifications, and medical fitness. Acting as Sentinel Coordinator, helping to manage the Sentinel sponsorship process. Supporting the communication of industry updates, including changes to the rulebook and new standards. Assisting with the organisation of training and assessments to ensure ongoing workforce compliance. Contributing to AWR (Agency Workers Regulations) tracking and related administrative tasks.
