Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with a range of building surveying services, including inspections, surveys, and assessments.
2. Support senior surveyors in preparing detailed reports, schedules of condition, and specifications.
3. Engage in contract administration and project management duties, with exposure to client-facing work.
4. Gain experience across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Key Requirements:
1. An RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying.
2. Strong communication and organisational skills.
3. Enthusiasm for personal development and professional growth.
4. Ideally, some practical experience through internships, placements, or work experience in surveying (not essential).
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
