Location: Maidstone Contract type: Permanent, 22.5 or 30 hours per week Salary: £22,781 - £25,059.10 (dependant on skills and experience) About the Role At MSI Reproductive Choices UK our mission is to deliver appropriate and effective care, tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. As a Healthcare Assistant, your primary role will be to provide personalised care, guided by the preferences of our clients. You will work alongside an accountable Registered Nurse/Midwife, either in a Termination of Pregnancy or Vasectomy setting, ensuring seamless coordination, and adhering to our philosophy of minimal intervention. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the surgeon: Assist in setting up and cleaning away equipment, ensuring the treatment room is prepared and maintained to the highest standards Client support: Provide general information and support to clients undergoing procedures, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a caring and respectful manner Clinic coordination: Assist in the smooth coordination of clinic operations, including managing patient flow, and ensuring adherence to clinic protocols.
