As a property maintenance manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance department, ensuring that all aspects of maintenance and repair work are carried out to the highest standard. To ensure that all issues raised by the property manager are dealt with quickly and effectively.
Other responsibilities include:
1. Organising all maintenance of properties by liaising with contractors and tenants.
2. Obtaining quotes from contractors and receiving authorisation from landlords.
3. Quality control and overseeing renovations and scheduled work and repairs.
4. Preparing invoices and auditing ready for payment.
5. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
6. Routine inspections on properties and completing reports with recommendations for work and improvements.
The successful candidate will have had previous experience within a similar environment or have worked within a lettings or estate agency.

Schedule: 8am to 4pm
Salary: £30,000 – £31,000 yearly
