4. Be the expert in your brands, categories, channels and audiences:
1. In partnership with SMM and data team, use quantitative and qualitative research skills to uncover and craft fresh trends and audiences.
2. Develop inspiring creative content briefs and thought-provoking insights.
3. Own the communications plan – defining where and how we best engage to deliver against objectives.
What you need to be great in this role:
* A passion for creative social media marketing, from influencers to collaborations - not just ads.
* A team worker - you will become an extension of the client's brand teams, on the frontline of delivering brand performance in market.
* Commercially aware – understands business strategy and the applications of marketing within it. Proven examples of strategies you’ve led that delivered effective, creatively inspiring work in social are preferred.
* Performance focused – you’ll be able to demonstrate understanding of social media performance measurement and the analysis and tools that go into it (e.g. Sprinklr, Hootsuite).
* A hungry self-starter – able to operate proactively and in an entrepreneurial way.
* An aspiring strategic leader who can educate, nurture, and inspire those around them.
* Great at simplifying. Someone who is able to unpick complex problems and briefs and turn them into simple strategies and ideas, or perfectly formed insights.
Our values shape everything we do:
Be Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
Be always learning and listening to understand.
Be actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations.
