Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join their team. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in delivering first-class customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the Customer Services Team.
Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls and emails from customers and respond promptly and professionally
* Make outbound calls to customers, providing assistance and resolving any issues
* Process sales orders and quotations accurately
* Manage customer requests for product returns efficiently
* Work closely with the Warehouse to ensure timely and accurate equipment delivery
* Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure accurate customisation and programming
* Maintain high standards of data accuracy and quality
* Provide administrative support to external Sales teams
* Assist the Customer Services Manager in delivering effective customer communications
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental targets
* Stay updated on the complete range of products to provide accurate information to customers
* Carry out any other duties as required
