The Oasis is a Café producing low-cost healthy meals to support clients that access our services as well as being open to the general public.
The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:
A relevant qualification in food preparation - ideally level 3 in food safety as well food allergen awareness training
Good Knowledge of Health & safety in a catering environment
Organise the donations clothing store
Supervise, manage, and recruit volunteers
Manage social media account
Able to plan menus and produce good healthy meals within a budget
