We are also wanting to invest in our people; therefore, we are recruiting for a number of roles across our LMP2 team. We are looking for Number 2 Mechanics who can work within our team, giving us a competitive advantage and who are able to successfully deliver a race winning performance.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to;
* Supporting the Number 1 Mechanic in the upkeep and maintenance of the team’s LMP2 cars.
* Following engineering and technical procedures during the rebuild and preparation of the race car.
* To competitively take an active role in pit stops including identifying areas of improvement.
* Help resolve issues with car build by working closely with the Number 1 Mechanic and Chief Mechanic.
* Maintain a high level of presentation in all areas.
* To be actively involved in the set up and set down of the garage and back of garage areas on a race weekend.
Experience / requirements:
* The ideal candidate should have worked in a previous role as either a Number 2 Mechanic on an LMP2 car, or a Number 1 on an LMP3 car.
* Previous experience working in IMSA, Formula E, DTM or GT racing.
* Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.
* Sub assembly and/or gearbox rebuild knowledge would be advantageous.
* Applicants should be ideally based in the UK or Europe and be able to travel to all required events in 2025.
