As a Sales Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in the Asset Optimisation team, supporting the delivery of asset disposals and options appraisals to meet the team’s annual targets. You’ll ensure all administrative and operational tasks are completed efficiently, maintaining a customer-focused and professional approach while meeting tight deadlines. You’ll enjoy the variety of tasks, which include conducting market research, managing sales progression from start to finish, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across the business and external stakeholders to maximise financial returns and improve processes. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will support the Asset Optimisation team in delivering strategic reviews across various property portfolios, including options appraisals and asset disposals. You’ll maintain project records with consistent and accurate data management, ensuring compliance with audit standards. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll progress asset disposals, liaising with solicitors and estate agents to achieve sales income targets. Additionally, you’ll assist the Senior Project Manager and Head of Asset Optimisation with process reviews and improvements, as well as ensure all legal documentation is accurately prepared and distributed. Your role will also involve creating purchase orders, updating master budgets, and contributing to improving services and systems related to the conveyancing phase of disposal projects. You will be required to be in your most local office a minimum of two days per week. To Be Successful in This Role, You’ll: Be highly organised, solution-focused, and able to manage high volumes of projects and deadlines effectively. Have strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Be proficient in data management, with excellent numerical and administrative skills.
