5. Assist with space planning and office moves
6. Handle emergency situations and ensure business continuity
7. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facilities management
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Knowledge of health and safety regulations
5. Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software
