Responsibilities:
* Manage SNOW requests and incident management.
* Provide Level-2 infrastructure support and user account management using Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra).
* Support the starters, movers, leavers process, password resets, and troubleshoot laptop, desktop, and user access issues.
* Configure laptops and desktops (PAW) using Intune and Active Directory; rebuild laptops and reconfigure applications.
* Assist with patch management and security tool deployment.
Skills/Must have:
* Strong experience in ticket management and user management (Active Directory & Entra).
* Familiarity with Intune, Active Directory, and rebuilding devices.
* Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams and follow Best in Class standards.
