About Us:
Blakemore Trade Partners, a key division of A.F. Blakemore & Son Ltd., supports SPAR retailers with business growth and development. We're passionate about providing exceptional service, and we're looking for a dynamic Business Recruitment Executive to help expand our SPAR network.
Job Purpose:
As a Business Recruitment Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting our Recruitment Managers in attracting new retailers to join the SPAR group. You'll be responsible for identifying potential retailers, selling the SPAR brand, and managing the entire recruitment process from sign-up to trading.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Recruitment Managers in identifying and recruiting retailers in line with A.F. Blakemore criteria.
Sell the SPAR brand to potential retailers and manage the conversion process.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new retailers.
Establish strong communication and support links as retailers begin trading.
Assist in managing recruitment sales and cost budgets.
What We're Looking For:
Essential: Full UK Driving Licence.
Strong retail and cold call sales experience.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
Ability to think creatively and logically to solve problems.
Experience managing costs and resources efficiently.
A proactive, self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of numeracy, literacy, and proficiency in Microsoft programs.
Experience with Sparpos systems is an advantage.
Additional Job Information:
Travel to different sites and occasional overnight stays may be required.
Evening events may be part of the role.
