Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
* Provide accurate information about products/services, answer customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
* Document and update customer information in our system.
* Achieve individual and team performance goals, including customer satisfaction and quality metrics.
* Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions to enhance your skills.
What Were Looking For
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
* Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work well under pressure.
* Prior customer service or call centre experience is a plus but not required we provide full training!
