Your new company
One of our long-standing clients is looking to recruit a proven HR Advisor to join their team. This is a vital role in the HR team, where you will work alongside an experienced HRBP and collaborate with managers and employees to deliver a proactive and professional HR service.
Your new role
* Take the lead and advise on all employee relations issues (including disciplinary, grievance, attendance, probations).
* Work with the HR team to complete a variety of HR projects.
* Assist the HRBP in developing HR procedures and policies.
* Advise managers to ensure that HR processes are followed and embedded in the culture.
* Provide reliable and trusted employment law advice both in the UK and internationally where required.
* Deliver training sessions to managers on HR policies and procedures.
* HR data reporting (including absence and leaver metrics).
* Conduct exit interviews and develop meaningful data and recommendations for the business.
* Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to embed values into the organisational culture.
* Undertake cultural work (surveys) and support HR and the wider business leaders in the analysis of results.
* Support HR Business Partner in promoting Employee Forums including minutes of meetings and proactively addressing and resolving points made.
What you'll need to succeed
* Be able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with managers and employees.
* You will have experience in a generalist HR role (at Advisor level), with solid experience in employee relations and recruitment.
* Experience of providing solutions-based HR advice including employment law and best practices.
* Knowledge of dealing with the performance management processes and procedures.
* You will have knowledge of payroll and the salary review process.
* Ideally, you will have knowledge and experience of Change Management and the Training and Development processes.
