We’re looking for a Senior Strategy Manager to partner with our CEO and Senior Leadership to drive the company's long-term goals by developing, and optimising business strategy across the entire wedding planning marketplace. Specific responsibilities will include: Developing strategies aligned with the company vision, focusing on growth opportunities and trends in the wedding industry. Analysing market conditions, customer feedback, and competitor activities to anticipate changes and guide decision-making. Collaborating with leadership to implement strategies, establish KPIs, and monitor progress effectively. Leveraging insights to enhance the customer journey, improving platform usability, services, and engagement for couples and vendors. Tracking strategic initiatives, ensuring resource alignment with objectives, and proactively mitigating risks. We’re looking for someone who has: 8 years of experience developing and executing business strategies in digital platforms, e-commerce, or SaaS, balancing high-level strategy with tactical execution. Expertise in marketplaces connecting service providers and consumers, with insights into consumer trends, customer journeys, and niche market dynamics. Proficiency in leveraging analytics, customer insights, and market research to identify trends, prioritise ROI-driven initiatives, and provide actionable recommendations. Significant experience collaborating with C-suite executives and cross-departmental teams to align goals and deliver impactful projects. Strong financial acumen in budgeting, resource allocation, and delivering measurable outcomes within budget constraints. Experience managing multiple end-to-end projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high organizational standards. Exceptional communicator with the ability to distill complex data into compelling narratives for diverse audiences. What if you’re a partial fit?
