Role Responsibilities:
Manage payroll workload to ensure all operational requirements are met
Process payroll accurately, compliantly, and within the required timeframes
Prepare payroll-related documents for review
Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing obligations
Compile payroll data from various sources
Upload pension contributions correctly to pension portals
Stay updated on pension regulations and ensure compliance
Maintain accurate payroll records and information
Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll
Support the Director with various tasks as needed
Make payments to staff, HMRC, and pension providers
Enter starter forms and update tax codes as required
