As a driver, you will collect and deliver parts to our retail, trade, and corporate customers, working hard to consistently exceed customer expectations and ensure that we provide an exceptional level of service to all our customers Here at Ford Parts Plus, you will be reporting to the accomplished Parts Manager. Along with the extensive knowledge and support from the wider team, you can look forward to on-going training opportunities that provide you with the right career path and to accelerate your career further Drivers at Lookers prioritise their time and workload efficiently, and they maintain our vehicles ensuring they are clean and in a roadworthy condition, both inside and out. You will drive safely and in accordance with current road and traffic legislation and you will notify your line manager of any defects, damage, or incidents that occur on the road. Responsibilities Delivering parts to retail and corporate customers Visiting our other Lookers dealerships in the area Ensuring our vehicles are kept in a clean and roadworthy condition Driving in accordance with current road and traffic legislation to represent our business Consistently providing an exceptional level of service to all of our customers Always maintaining the highest levels of professionalism For insurance purposes we require all candidates to have held their full UK driving licence for a minimum of 2 years. You will also be reliable, have excellent communication skills, be flexible and approach your role with a positive and professional attitude. Having experience working in a similar role would be advantageous, for example having experience with any kind of deliveries, alongside a real passion for providing a great customer service experience.
