What you can look forward to as Network and Technical Specialist - Southern UK
1. Engaging directly with workshops through ZF [pro]Tech and ZF [pro]Points, offering technical support and supporting the growth of our innovative networks and training initiatives
2. Providing technical and commercial assistance to workshop partners, nurturing relationships and expanding our network
3. Conducting comprehensive technical training for distributors and partners, enhancing their skills and knowledge
4. Handling technical enquiries and warranty claims for all passenger car products and related mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring customer satisfaction
5. Collaborating with specialist departments to resolve technical issues, support with warranty claims from a technical perspective and improve product performance
6. Monitoring market trends and competition from a workshop level, informing strategic decisions
7. Representing ZF at trade fairs and events, showcasing our products and expertise
8. Conducting workshop visits with the field service team, supporting wholesale customers
Your Profile as Network and Technical Specialist - Southern UK
9. Qualified vehicle technician with additional training preferred (e.g., master technician)
10. Having the willingness to develop technical training skills is essential
11. Existing experience in delivering technical training within the automotive aftermarket is preferable but not essential
12. In-depth knowledge of ZF's Passenger Car market
13. Strong communication, organisational and presentation skills
14. IT skills (MS Office, SAP) preferrable
15. Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
