We are seeking a Broker Claims Relationship Lead responsible for managing our broker partners in the North West region alongside our trading and distribution colleagues. A key priority for this role is maintaining a ‘one face to market’ approach in the region. About the Job The Broker Claims Relationship Lead will operate within the North West region, supporting Aviva clients in the Aviva Claims Proposition. Building strong internal and external relationships for the benefit of the client and Aviva Commercial business is essential. Collaboration with the regional distribution team, product line operational claims teams, underwriting, and senior Aviva stakeholders is crucial. Interpreting claims data to drive improvements in overall claims trending is a major aspect of this role. Act as a role model by coaching and mentoring colleagues, actively pursuing opportunities to enhance processes and procedures that assist the Commercial business. Support the development, implementation, and ongoing management of relationships with external suppliers, partners, or contractors, ensuring standards are communicated and implemented to maintain service levels and efficiencies that meet targets. The successful candidate will contribute to projects aimed at system or process improvement at local or national levels, driving continuous service improvement and engaging others through Aviva Brand Values and standards, while developing, implementing, and managing market-leading sourcing strategies to ensure regulatory compliance. Skills and Experience Required Experience in commercial claims, ideally at a leadership level, with a strong understanding of client business and managing long-term relationships with brokers. Successful participation in new business propositions. Identifying claims trends and collaborating with clients and brokers to improve claims experiences. Strong background in senior stakeholder management. ACII certificate or relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience. What You’ll Get Starting Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 (depending on skills, experience, location and qualifications). Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary, based on performance and Aviva’s results.
