What skills and experience we're looking for
A highly skilled class teacher who:
- has knowledge and recent experience of teaching in Key Stage 1 (preferably Year 2)
- is skilled in positive reinforcement and behaviour management
- is able to work effectively in a team and to show commitment and dedication to the life of the school
- has knowledge and experience of maths mastery
- is passionate about enabling children to fulfil their potential socially and academically and is patient, thoughtful and empathetic
- has the enthusiasm and ambition to make our Year 2 learning experience outstanding for our children
