Ensure product lists are set up correctly and updated on the system, based on changing deadlines. managing critical deadlines in planning and trading. Manage department's critical path, working with the Buyers to ensure the correct delivery date. General admin and filing for the department including invoices, product data and managing and sorting post and parcles. Manage department samples including chasing samples, sample storage and sample request across wholesale, marketing and photography Product for fit sessions and share comments with suppliers. Support the team in preparing for range meetings, including sample pulling and organising sign off documents when needed. Support Junior Buyer with approvals process, managing product storage, lab dips, yarn dips and bulk submissions. Carry out comp shops to develop knowledge of the current market and feedback to the team as necessary. Maintain relationships with suppliers Take part in in-store visits and provide detailed feedback to the Buyers and Merchandising team.
