We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administration Assistant to support the team in day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:
* Assist with administrative tasks related to waste and recycling operations.
* Manage and organize data using Microsoft Excel.
* Maintain accurate records of customer information, collections, and service schedules.
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
* Process and file documents in an organized manner.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
* Perform additional duties as required to support the team.
Requirements:
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, creating formulas, and generating reports).
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Previous administrative experience is a plus, preferably in a similar industry.
* Interest or experience in waste management and recycling is an advantage.
