If you enjoy working in a creative, fast-paced environment, then we would love to hear from you — We have an exciting opportunity at Capri Holdings: Versace, Jimmy Choo & Michael Kors for an HRIS Analyst in our London office: Key Responsibilities: HR Reporting & Analytics • Partner with HR teams to assess, prioritize, and deliver ad hoc reporting and analytics. • Leverage Workday reporting framework and build reports as needed to fulfill new and reoccurring reporting requests. • Create process documentation on how to fulfill reoccurring reporting requirements • Design and build formula-driven Excel templates to assist HR with consolidating raw data. • Support with researching HR talent trends and people analytics strategies. • Create PowerPoint presentations and data visualizations to communicate results of analyses. • Measure HR analytics for regulatory reporting (e.g., EEO, CSR, SEC 10-K), audit requests, and external survey participation. • Provide project management and technical configuration support for internal employee surveys. Workday Support & Configuration • Maintain the catalog of Workday reports ensuring accuracy and availability of reporting for stakeholders • Audit Workday HR data for data integrity and regular maintenance • Assist with managing and loading HR data into Workday (e.g., EIBs) • Support efforts to configure, test, and deliver new Workday features and functionality • Identify opportunities to enhance Workday processes to improve automation Requirements: • At least 3 years relevant work experience, with demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel • Strong Microsoft Excel required (Excel test will be given) • Strong critical thinking and ability to troubleshoot technical systems are essential • Experience with relational data, systems, and/or coding • Ability to manage large datasets • Extremely detail-oriented and analytical • Ability to research and problem solve independently • Comfortable working with a remote team • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — At Capri, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
