Customer Service Administrator – Permanent - Telford
L & C Consulting are recruiting with an extremely successful, privately owned company in Telford for a new Customer Service Administrator / Sales Administrator. Based at their modern office environment, this permanent position will suit an experienced a professional, experienced Customer Service Administrator who is looking for a new, challenging but rewarding role with genuine opportunities.
Based in a small team, duties will include (but not be limited to):
* Process & check orders (via calls, email & website)
* Support customers with product information and other queries
* Customer account maintenance and updating CRM
* Manage back orders and deliveries
* Keeping customers updated on orders
* Other ad hoc duties as required
To be considered for this opportunity, you MUST have a stable, proven Customer Service / Sales Administration based background and possesses excellent communication skills (both written and spoken). You will also be the type of small team, ‘all-rounder’ who is happy to get involved and support as and when required.
You’ll be able to demonstrate excellent level of accuracy and strong IT skills (Inc Ms Excel), ideally be educated to a good standard, specifically in English and Maths. Above all, you will be a team player, motivated, professional and well organised.
