Key Responsibilities Lead audits for a diverse range of clients within the property and real estate sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and senior professionals across the firm. Provide strategic guidance to clients on complex audit and accounting matters, ensuring the highest quality of service. Manage a growing portfolio of clients while overseeing a team to deliver efficient, high-quality audits. Mentor and develop audit staff, helping them to progress in their careers and enhance their technical expertise. Contribute to the firm's business development efforts, targeting growth within the property and real estate sectors. Play an integral role in the firm's management and strategic decision-making process. Key Requirements Responsible Individual (RI) status is essential. Proven expertise in auditing property and real estate clients, with a deep understanding of the sector's challenges and requirements. Significant experience managing large, complex audit engagements. Strong technical proficiency in auditing, accounting, and reporting standards, with particular focus on the property sector. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills. Ambitious, driven, and eager to contribute to the growth and success of the firm. Existing Audit Director or Partner-level experience is preferred; however, those ready to step up from Audit Director level will be considered.
