Your role will include; To ensure the day-to-day operation of tasks in own area of responsibility in line with training To answer the telephone and to manage calls in a professional and courteous manner in line with training. To record any communications and refer it to the appropriate person to deal with the information taken. To support Registered Manager with tasks requested by them To carry out office administrative tasks, to include filing of documentation, various audits and photocopying in line with training Understanding of Microsoft word and excel Rostering for care staff ( later on in the role after training) To regularly stock take of PPE and other consumables within the offices then report to Registered manager To stock take of PPE supplies at clients homes and organise replacement supplies as per training To communicate with the registered manager weekly on all tasks achieved and tasks put forward for the following week as per training. To do all training required in terms of care duties To do some calls as and when required as per training To comply with all Policies of the Company, as appropriate particularly data protection.
