ABOUT FUNDHOUSE Fundhouse is a multi-award-winning and fast-growing investment company based in London. We build and maintain Model Portfolios of funds for our client base of independent financial advisers in the UK (the focus of this role), and we also provide a range of investment consulting services to institutional clients around the world. THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking an experienced operations professional to help with the smooth running of our ‘Model Portfolio Service’ (MPS) that we offer to our client base of UK financial advisors. The role is very varied and interesting, and you will assist in many aspects of our MPS business: preparing for and undertaking portfolio changes and rebalances; monitoring and reconciling our portfolios after such events; preparing bespoke client reporting on a cycle of regular deadlines; client onboarding; assisting with client proposal documentation; ensuring that we have good access to platforms and funds on those platforms; using third-party data services. A good existing working knowledge of nearly all of these aspects is therefore important. We also hope that, in time, you will contribute to the development and efficiencies of our processes. Maintaining and building good working relationships will be important, too, both within our team, with our UK financial adviser client base, and with other operational people across the industry with whom we work closely. Confidence in Microsoft Excel will be essential. There are excellent prospects. Our discretionary profit share scheme aligns our staff with the success of the business. Contract type: This is a permanent role. We can offer either a full-time or a part-time contract. We are also understanding of the need to work flexible hours according to family commitments.
