About the role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Lecturer to join our ambitious team at Sunderland College as a full time lecturer in our Health and Social care team. The successful candidate will work in a thriving Health and Care team, which currently delivers a curriculum spanning Level 1 to 4 and includes T-Level Health and adult provision.

In this role, you will plan, deliver, and assess engaging teaching and learning activities, ensuring that students not only meet their academic goals but also thrive and progress toward their future careers. You will be focused on creating an excellent student experience, from fostering a supportive learning environment to ensuring positive student outcomes and successful destinations after their studies.
Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be key to designing a career-focused curriculum and providing outstanding learning opportunities for students. A proactive approach to collaboration and continuous improvement is essential, as you work to ensure all students receive the best possible support and guidance throughout their learning journey.
