Operating within the private rented sector, Umega has built a strong reputation for professionalism, innovation, and outstanding customer service.\n\nThe Babington apprentice will be the first point of contact at our front desk, supporting the new business team with property onboarding, referencing, system setup, and maintenance coordination. The role will evolve with the needs of the business and the apprenticeâs strengths.\n\nAs a Babington apprentice at Umega, youâll play an important role in supporting our new business and front-of-house teams. No two days will be exactly the same, but your week will involve a mix of customer service, admin tasks, and coordination work.\n\nYou'll spend 2 days at our front desk, being the first point of contact for customers, tenants, and contractorsâanswering queries, welcoming visitors, and ensuring a warm and professional first impression of Umega. Youâll also assist with incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries to the right teams.\n\nA large part of your role will involve working with our new business team to help onboard new properties. This includes checking landlord references, creating property records on our systems, liaising with landlords, arranging maintenance works, and helping ensure properties are market-ready.\n\nYou'll also support wider admin tasks across the businessâupdating databases, managing digital files, booking appointments, and helping with internal coordination.
