What skills and experience we're looking for
We wish to appoint a Director of Business and Finance, who, as a member of our senior leadership team, will help drive the provision of a first-class education for the pupils of Northfield. The successful applicant will have overall responsibility for the leadership and management of all operational matters in the school including, HR and staff well-being, the day to day management of all support staff, finance, administration, policies, premises, health and safety and catering.
The role ensures that the school operates efficiently and effectively by providing excellent support to pupil outcomes and maintaining high standards of compliance. The successful applicant will join a strong senior leadership team and will work closely with the headteacher and governing body in all work including budget setting. As a maintained school, good support is also available from Stockton Local Authority.
