Job Duties:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons to Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or Key Stage 1 (KS1) children
Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to children, SLT and parents
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to ensure the overall success of the children
Attend staff meetings, Parent's Evenings, and professional development sessions
Work alongside the EYFS Framework and KS1 National Currriulum
Build positive relationships with staff, children and their families
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Required Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Previous experience teaching in an EYFS/KS1 setting
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methods
Ability to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
Proficient in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
