Insight Education is looking for passionate Supply Nursery Practitioners to support early years settings across the Sevenoaks District. In this role, you will step into a range of nursery and early years classrooms, ensuring that children receive high-quality care, education, and support in the absence of the regular staff. Key Responsibilities
* Support Children’s Development- Provide care and guidance that supports children’s learning, social, emotional, and cognitive development, with a particular focus on those requiring special educational assistance.
* Manage the Learning Environment – Create a safe and welcoming environment that encourages learning and engagement.
* Follow Nursery Policies – Adhere to nursery-specific policies on safeguarding, health and safety, and behaviour management.
Requirements
* Level 3 NVQ in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent).
* Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
* Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
* A professional and positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
* Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
