In our Service Supply Chain offering, we leverage a combination of proprietary technology and client systems to develop, execute, and deliver BPaaS (business process as a service) or Managed Service solutions across the service lifecycle: Plan, Deliver, and Recover. In this role, you will partner with business development and act as a Business Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help build resilient solutions that will enhance our clients' supply chains and customer experience.
You Are:
The Sales Support Specialist for our Service Supply Chain business will provide operational support to client teams, leadership, and internal operations, enabling excellence in sales performance. The role is pivotal in supporting the sales pipeline, coordinating business development efforts, providing industry expertise, and offering actionable insights to senior leadership.
The Work:
1. Ensure both profitable sales growth as well as sales cost efficiency.
2. Pre-Sales Project Delivery: Collaborate with medium to large teams to deliver projects for global supply chain clients. Responsibilities include process design and change management for specific engagements.
3. Business Development: Support pre-sales efforts within the service supply chain practice, helping to secure new business and expand client portfolios.
4. Use standard tools and assets to generate insights, refine strategies, and deliver measurable outcomes.
5. Lead and coordinate Sales Excellence programs within a Market Unit or similarly complex organization.
6. Sales Operations Excellence: Be responsible for contributing to the design and implementation of service improvements.
7. Functional Integration & Collaboration: Drive integration across related functional teams and collaborate with Sales, practitioners, and other corporate functions to ensure smooth and efficient operational workflows.
8. Industry Expertise: Leverage knowledge of supply chain industry segments to provide solutions and insights, improving operational and sales performance for clients.
9. Domain Development: Contribute to the development of assets, methodologies, research, and internal tools, such as white papers or point-of-view documents, to support the broader Sales Excellence community.
10. System and contract support.
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant industry experience in management, leadership, or related fields.
* Experience in supply chain operations, project delivery, or related roles, with a proven track record of working with senior leaders.
Bonus Points:
* Fluency in English (both written and oral).
* Experience in using tools, data, and industry best practices to drive performance improvements.
* Expertise in supply chain industry segments and familiarity with the professional services business model.
* Strong understanding of process, tools, and methodologies to drive excellence.
* Experience delivering projects for clients and operations.
