Additionally, the role involves leading various customer imaging projects to profile and personalize customer devices to meet their specific requirements What you will be doing: Collaborating with all support teams such as Logistics and Resource Schedulers to ensure SLA's can be fulfilled Communicating with field service engineers to offer assistance as and when required Assist in managing customer deployment scripts and automation tools for efficient imaging processes Image and personalise customers machines to meet customer requirements Stay informed about the latest customer images and tools to improve imaging processes Keeping all imaging documentation and guides up to date Support all internal technical repair and imaging queries e.g., CMD Provide support with hardware repairs during busy periods Support small and major projects from a technical perspective when requested. What we are looking for: Logical thought process to quickly determine remedial action Experience in imaging engineering or a similar role.
