B2B Sales Executive
Location: Manchester City Centre
Basic Salary: £30,000 (DOE) | OTE: £55,000–£60,000

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for experienced Business Account Managers or Outbound Sales Executives who can confidently represent our client outsourcing solutions. If you're a proactive, driven, and professional sales performer with a proven track record in generating new business—this could be your perfect next step.
What You’ll Be Doing

Managing your own geographic territory across the UK, supported by marketing initiatives, events, and lead-generation channels
*
Identifying and contacting key decision-makers within businesses to introduce our services
*
Building strong relationships with potential clients and key intermediaries
*
Cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, and consistently hitting daily KPIs
*
Collaborating with a dynamic sales team while taking ownership of your individual targets
Skills & Experience
*
Proven success in a B2B sales or business development role
*
Highly motivated, confident, and results-driven
*
Resilient under pressure, with strong communication and negotiation skills
*
Organised and self-sufficient, able to manage your time and pipeline effectively
*
IT literate with a customer-centric mindset
