Location: Belfast
Salary Range: £26,208.00
Hours: 42
Shift patterns: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 7am - 4:15pm and Thursday, Friday 7am - 4pm.

The Opportunity
Working alongside the leadership team, you will be key to the day-to-day management of the distribution centre in terms of people and customers, including supporting colleague training. You will:
* Carry out physical and system-based stock management
* Regularly reprofile stockholdings to create stock efficiencies
* Handle vehicle glass in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines
* Be proactive in developing and maintaining safe, effective and efficient processes through all aspects of stock management
Role Requirements
This is a role for a great communicator who enjoys being at the heart of an efficient, fast-paced environment. You will need:
* A Full UK driving licence Required
* A passion for customer service
* Adaptability and motivation
* An eye for detail and quality
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work within a team or individually
* Continuous improvement mindset
* Understanding of Gemba Kaizen/5S awareness
