Compassionate home care workers with availability in St Neots and surrounding areas from 7am – 10pm Monday to Friday with evenings and Weekends, who want to make a difference in our community. If you have customer service, retail, hospitality experience, or have good communication skills, you can transfer these skills and become a Care Professional. We’d love to welcome you into our team and show you how you can make a positive impact to clients in your area. Due to the nature of our service, we require a full UK driving license and your own transport.

* You don't need any care experience to apply for this role, just plenty of care, compassion and resilience.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
* Physical fitness to assist clients with mobility and perform light housekeeping duties.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
* Valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required.
* DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check clearance.
* Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication purposes.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting others.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to undergo further training and development in care practices.
