Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Process/Project Development Specialist to join our team at Gazelle Global. This role is responsible for driving the success of projects from pre-sales to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
* Pre-Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to develop technical solutions and proposals that meet client needs.
* Conduct Technical Assessments: Evaluate process, equipment, and piping sizing requirements for projects.
* Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals, including enquiry-stage P&IDs, key assumptions, and execution plans.
* Cost Estimation: Estimate equipment and component costs for projects.
* Project Coordination: Work with various departments to ensure proposal accuracy and compliance.
* Execution: Support project managers with client interactions and change control.
* Detailed Design: Create detailed designs for P&IDs, equipment lists, datasheets, and process descriptions.
* Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships and bid evaluations.
* Commissioning and Testing: Participate in commissioning, testing, and production support.
* Document Control: Ensure project documentation adheres to company standards.
Requirements:
* Educational Background: Food/Dairy, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering degree.
* Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in process/equipment bids, proposals, and client presentations.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of hygienic processes in industries such as food, dairy, beverage, pharma, or home and personal care.
* Critical Thinking: Ability to independently develop designs, calculate process capacities, and assess risks.
* Project Management: Proven project management skills, including scope, change, and quality management.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
* International Travel: Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
