About Our Client
Our client, a well-known & growing organisation based in Woking, is looking for a Project Finance Administrator to join their Accountancy team.
Job Description
* Working closely with the Finance Heads of Service and Project Workstream leads to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects.
* Perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, such as maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.
* Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
* Support the creation and delivery of processes, policies, and procedures.
* Provide general administrative support to the Director of Finance as requested.
* Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information within set time frames.
* Monitor and control core project and programme governance.
* Deliver project reporting covering overall status, risks, issues, and mitigation plan, as well as highlighting benefits once they are realised.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, dashboards, plans, and reports.
