Position Overview: As a Strategic Account Consultant you willto work with our clients to win new business, support delivery excellence, maintain growth across accounts and to manage commercial risk. This position is primarily geared towards servicing public sector clients. Our organisation operates a remote-first policy. This means that we recognise the balance between spending time in the office alongside the benefits that flexible and remote working brings. We ask that you spend 4 days per month as a minimum in any of our office locations. Each team has flexibility around how these are achieved across the month and in which of our offices, listed below. If you join in a role that requires on-site client support, those days spent at a client site will also count towards your 4 days. If you have any questions about this please ask your respective recruiter at application stage Responsibilities: Establish long term client relationships Identify and respond to tenders Account manage 2-3 public sector accounts Create new solutions and come up with innovative ideas to meet client needs Act as a liaison between key customers and internal teams Grow the company's profile in the external marketplace Respond to escalations in a timely and effective manner Qualifications & Experience: Experience and understanding of building a technology portfolio within the UK public sector Experience and deep understand of Microsoft and its enterprise offerings Experience with commercial & contract negotiation Excellent attention to detail Strong teamworking ethos Bid management for UK Public sector frameworks like DOS and G-Cloud The budgeted base salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000. There is a commission scheme in addition to this. Aviva Pension 4% min. employee contribution and 4% max. employer contribution.
