You will undertake a full range of administration duties and must be IT literate, in particular possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Training on in-house systems will be provided Produce daily documentation for our clients and partners Working with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure a robust solution can be achieved. Ensuring streamlined administrative processes and exceptional customer service to clients To maintain customer job files, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded (in hard and electronic format as appropriate), to ensure that full customer history and data is readily available. Communicate with Customers, Engineers and Customer Service Centre regarding projects and services as appropriate. This key role will assist in the development of the overall Chubb strategy whilst identifying opportunities for continuous improvement throughout the business. Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm What we would like you to bring: Experience of working within a dedicated administration support role Be IT literate - particularly skilled with excel Work well in a fast paced, busy support environment Are proactive and able to prioritise workloads well Have excellent people and communication skills, both written and verbal Good attention to detail Must be able to work as part of a team Ability to work to tight deadlines.
