Due to sustained growth and ambitious future plans, Bellrock Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to lead our growing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This role is fundamental in driving new business pipeline growth, developing sales talent, and delivering quality opportunities for our Solutions and Sales teams.
You will lead, coach, and inspire a team of SDRs, developing their outbound prospecting skills, refining their sales messaging, and enabling them to confidently represent Concerto and Mobiess to prospective clients. This role will suit someone passionate about sales, technology, and people management, who can build and nurture a high-performing team that consistently generates qualified opportunities for the business.

And as a Sales Development Manager with Bellrock, you’ll do it by
* Direct line management of the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), providing continuous training, mentorship, feedback, and clear guidance to ensure the team consistently generates high-quality opportunities
* Leading by example on proactive outbound prospecting, confidently conducting your own prospecting activities, calls, and follow-ups alongside the team, demonstrating best practice and modelling a high-performance sales culture
* Managing and optimising HubSpot as the primary CRM, ensuring meticulous pipeline accuracy, consistent activity logging, effective reporting, and utilisation of CRM analytics to drive team performance improvements
* Owning and maintaining critical market intelligence, lead data, and prospecting content, ensuring your team has accurate, compelling, and up-to-date information to engage effectively with prospects
* Establishing, tracking, and clearly communicating team KPIs and targets, ensuring every team member understands their goals, proactively monitoring progress, and swiftly addressing performance challenges
* Continuously coaching and developing your team, regularly conducting training sessions and 1:1 coaching, reinforcing prospecting skills, product knowledge, and effective use of sales tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Collaborating closely with Marketing and Solutions teams, aligning sales messaging and content, ensuring consistency in external communications, and driving successful prospect engagement
* Owning the sales outreach process, refining and optimising workflows within HubSpot, leveraging the system’s capabilities to maximise team productivity, accuracy, and responsiveness
* Proactively driving the use of HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate data entry, diligent pipeline management, comprehensive reporting, and efficient management of sales activity tracking
* Providing regular, accurate reporting and analytics on team performance, clearly interpreting data and recommending improvements based on insights from HubSpot and other relevant sales tools
* Proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, implementing adjustments swiftly to optimise team efficiency, effectiveness, and overall sales results
* Maintaining a positive, high-performance team culture, creating an environment of accountability, collaboration, resilience, and continuous improvement.
What does it take?
If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a Sales Development Manager, you’ll need
* At least 3-5 years' experience managing or mentoring a sales development or lead generation team, ideally within the software/SaaS or PropTech sector
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets in a sales development or business development capacity
* Strong people-management skills, able to coach, mentor, and develop SDRs effectively, driving their growth and performance
* Demonstrable experience in setting, tracking, and reporting on clear, achievable KPIs and managing performance accordingly
* Technologically savvy, comfortable leveraging digital and AI-driven sales tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Outreach, CRM systems, AI-powered outreach solutions).
* Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data, metrics, and reports to refine sales strategies and team performance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to clearly motivate, mentor, and guide team members
* Degree educated or equivalent professional experience, demonstrating strong organisational, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities.
Working arrangements
